Dani Johnson has been a great resource for me to grow my skills on speaking to people.  Pictures can speak much better than words. When you talk to people please have the masking tape ready.

This is so key. Remember it is about them, not about you.  If you can’t quit talking in between the silent moments, get the tape out for your visual reminder.
